Customized Item Return Policy

At Memory Block, we take pride in offering high-quality customized items tailored to your preferences. We understand that there might be instances where you may need to return a customized product. To ensure a seamless return experience, we have outlined our Customized Item Return Policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
Your customized photo block is unique and created with your photo. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your customized memory block arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support Team within  3 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate the return process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective areas, as well as a brief description of the issue.
- Once we confirm the damage or defect, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item or issue a replacement, based on your preference.

3. Verification Process:
- Due to the unique nature of customized Memory Blocks, we may need to verify the issue before processing a return or replacement.
- Our team may request additional information, images, or details to assess the situation accurately and provide the best possible resolution.

4. Return Authorization:
- Returns for damaged or defective Memory Blocks items require a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will be provided to you by our Customer Support Team after the verification process is complete.
- Please include this RA number along with the returned item to ensure smooth processing.

5. Packaging and Shipping:
- When returning a damaged or defective item, please ensure it is packaged securely to prevent further damage during transit.
- Follow the shipping instructions provided by our Customer Support Team to ensure the item reaches us safely.

6. Refund or Replacement:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage or defect, you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund for the purchase amount, including any applicable shipping fees.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take  5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items:
- Please note that personalized Memory Blocks with no manufacturing defects cannot be returned. It's crucial to carefully review and approve all customization details before placing your order.

8. Order Cancellation:
- Due to the immediate production process of customized items, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
