How do I place my first Memory Block order?

Great news! Memory Block is the world's easiest and fastest way to turn your photos into one-of-a-kind gifts and décor.

How do I know it will look great?

We use the highest quality digital imaging and printing technology on the planet! Your photos are HD printed on the finest materials sourced from all over the world, handcrafted for you using the utmost TLC and attention to detail.

Our experts will inform you if the photo you've chosen will not print at a good quality, you can send us a new photo by email to info@memoryblock.com, be sure to choose "ACTUAL SIZE" (if asked) to ensure your photo will print at the highest quality.

How long will shipping take?

We Ship with USPS priority mail 24 - 48 hours after you place your order 

How do I check the status of my order?

You'll IMMEDIATELY get an order confirmation email after you place your order. You will hear from us again once your order ships and we will send you the tracking number.

If you can't find your order confirmation or shipping email, check your spam or promotions folder as emails can sometimes be unpredictable.

How do I get FREE shipping?

You're on the right site! Every order of $49 or more is FREE shipping and we get it to you or your loved ones will get it within 3-10 business days.

Do you ship international?

Memory Block currently ships to the U.S. only. But check with us first at info@memoryblock.com, we might be able to ship international too.

 

Can I turn my physical, hard copy photo into any of your products?

We all have that favorite printed photo we've held on to for ages or have in an album. If you want that special memory printed on any of our awesome products, all you need to do is take a high-resolution scan of the physical photo and save it as a digital file on your computer. 

Do you offer corporate gifting programs or large quantity discounts?

While we always have amazing prices, if you want to order over $1,000 for family, friends, or organizations, please contact us at info@memoryblock.com

Can I include a gift note?

Of course, and it's FREE! , simply add a note when you reach your cart and write any personal message you'd like. Just be sure to make it sweet!

Are payments secure?

Yes. Our checkout process is fully secured.

What do you do with the pictures I upload?

We do not do anything with any of the files you upload other than produce the products your order. We understand that your pictures are property of the user uploading them.
