All orders will be printed by us within 1-3 business days of you placing your order.
Please allow extra time for dispatch during peak periods, March/June/December.
All orders are printed and dispatched from London, please consider this when choosing your preferred shipping method.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us as soon as possible. Next-day shipping may be possible.
We recommend allowing 6 business days for your parcels to arrive, although at peak times - in our experience - this can be longer. If you require your items by a certain date, please opt for express shipping for peace of mind, and let us know via phone or email.
Any orders that are returned to us via the postal service - due to incorrect information supplied or items not being collected - will incur additional postage fees if it is to be redirected to an alternative address.

We pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and fast delivery. Occasionally, there are factors (special requests, high order volume, production problems, etc.) that might cause an order to be delayed. We rarely miss our production times, however, they are not guaranteed.
It's good to note that it's better to order sooner rather than later to leave plenty of time for production and shipping.
